某一天 Afternoon(s) （ Reg8mm / sound / color / 4min / 2021）

Regular 8mm的影像內容攝於 2016 - 2017 年間，我於 2018 年自行手沖顯影，再於2019年掃描成數位檔案，最後於2021 年完成此作品。兩年間的瑣碎時光集結於一卷膠卷之上，雖然我仍記得所有拍攝時的感覺，但究竟是哪幾日的回憶疊影已無從回溯，因此稱此件作品為「某一天」。


During the years of 2016 and 2017, I only finished shooting one roll of Reg8mm, and sometimes I only shot a couple feet in the period of one to two months. Since it was not a regular shooting project, I even forgot if I’ve already flipped the film or not, so I flipped it again out of intuition. All the double exposure shots were done by accident and yet they all turn to be gorgeous and impressive. It was a beautiful accident. In the year of 2020, I finally got a chance to digest what I have shot during those years. Out of my surprise, I cannot remember where and why I captured those images. Nevertheless, one thing I remember specifically is that the scenes were all taken in the afternoons. Therefore, I name this project as: Afternoon(s).
